FAKE NEWS CAUSES TORTURE
The press and media have always known from the first day that this all began on Canada day in 1977 and we had put five Canadian flags in our windows. The reason that the fake news is causing such physical pain is that it was our neighbor is the one who came onto our property screaming at a 16-year-old boy you damn shitty Russians you do not belong here go back to where you belong and then charge the 16-year-old boy with assault. I hired Terrance Semenuk to be our lawyer and he said to me that you have nothing to worry about this all happened on your property and as for the harassment phone calls and the smashed front windows on house he will deal with it at the trial. At the trial, he did not show up and sent a student lawyer who refused to postpone the trial. I did everything to get an appeal even hired a new lawyer who also failed to appeal so a 16 year old boy did not even get an appeal. How can you laugh at me in court Ina Sidhu; whom do you want to tell today that your fake news that you and Tara Nelson created to confuse the public does not cause physical pain and torture. I cannot speak about this trial now because we have limitations on our freedom of speech. I remember Arthur London’s trial and was lucky enough to refresh my memory when Costa Graves movie the “Confession” was released in Canada. This helped me defend myself in this “show trial”. I was prepared to handle and defend all aspects of a show trial. However I was not prepared for the pain and suffering of the stress and depression which is the same as shown in the movie “Confession”. Without a shadow of a doubt we are not Nazis until the day we die. The Human Rights Tribunal labeled us as Nazis for life we are condemned and people point their fingers at us, our lives have been ruined in our community and in the work place this has created extreme stress. We do not have the same free speech as in the United States of America and since the Human Rights Tribunal, Civil Liberties Association, Amnesty International and the Press and Media won’t say or do anything for us the public has no idea that there are some survivors of the Nazi Slavic Holocaust still alive today. Since people are confused about the fact that we are victims and survivors of the Slavic Holocaust they end up calling the police. We came to Canada as survivors of the Communist Nazi attack on our country with 1.5 million soldiers of the Warsaw pact 1 soldier for 10 people. How can we possibly plead guilty to defamatory liable this charge is in violation of a person’s human rights and has been abolished in democratic countries like England where defamatory liable originated. University of Calgary this is a great start but you are forgetting that we must first provide involuntary treatment for psychiatric patients, which will safe many lives and improve the quality of life for psychiatric patients and their families. Everybody knows the results of Senator Michael Kirby’s commission that our health care system is turning prisons jails and homeless shelters into asylums for the mentally ill. Psychiatrist’s Dr. Maybaum and Dr. Farnals are intimidated into not providing treatment for people with schizophrenia. When they do find a patient not mentally fit to do a simple job as to wash dishes. They end up telling the families our hands are tied we cannot provide the treatment your best course of action is to forget about your mentally ill family member and go on with your lives because the treatment is only for those patients who are a danger to themselves and others.

After 25 years of the collapse of the communist Nazi, dictatorship in Europe the federal government will finally build a memorial to the victims of communist Nazis in Ottawa. This memorial is for people like my son and me who came to Canada as refugees from the Czech Republic in 1968 surviving 20 years of a communist Nazi dictatorship, and after the Russian communist Nazis invaded and occupied the Czech Republic. The Russian invasion and occupation and the resistance by the Czech people can be seen in the documentary “7 DAYS TO REMEMBER”. My son and I wrote and produced a play about the Holocaust and massacre at Lidice and complete destruction of the town of Lidice.
One can see how German Nazis treated the Czech people in a movie “LIDICE” made in the Czech Republic in 2011 and it received a European Oscar. In the movie “CONFESSION” which is about Communist Nazis “SHOW TRIALS” in the “CONFESSION” 10 out of 13 people on trial got the death penalty, one can see how the Communist Nazis treated the Czech people. All three movies are true stories and you can see these movies for yourself on the internet free or buy for $20 and have them delivered. We asked the case management and trial judge Wilson to play these movies for the jury because people of western countries have very little information about the countries controlled by the Soviet Union. Trial Judge Wilson will make his ruling on Feb. 29 2016. For 22 years my son and I are speaking for a minority people with schizophrenia and since German Nazis committed a complete genocide of people with schizophrenia. This is the biggest crime in psychiatric history and in the present Canada today is turning prisons, jails, and homeless shelters into asylums for people with schizophrenia, which is the second largest crime in psychiatric history. We have followed E. Fuller Torrey M.D. instructions in his book “Surviving Schizophrenia” describing how to advocate for a minority of people with schizophrenia we are simply doing all that we can. Here we have videos how we are advocating for the people with schizophrenia. For advocating for the minority of people with schizophrenia, we are persecuted just as “Martin Luther King”, “Nelson Mandela”, president of the Czech Republic “Vaclav Havel” and all others around the world. On Jan 30 2014, we were charged with two kinds of charges. First, the charge of Criminal Defamatory Liable constable Eric Levesque., crown prosecutors Brian Holtby and Steven Johnston and Judge Wilson all know that this charge violates human rights and that it has been abolished in democratic countries like England. This is a wrong statement because it is everybody’s duty to identify all Nazi persons and to stop Nazis immediately. Race and culture have nothing to do with how a person any individual behaves. Since I am a survivor of German Nazis and my son and I lived for many years under communist Nazis we are one of the most qualified to identify Nazis. Constable Eric Levesque., crown prosecutors Brian Holtby and Steven Johnston and trial Judge Wilson do not have any experience with Nazis they only have very little information of Nazis. On our website, we clearly document that our government has violated the human rights of minorities in Canada and has repeatedly had to apologize to minorities such as Ukrainians, Japanese, and Chinese along with the aboriginal nations. This simply is fascist and racist mistreatment of minorities. The crown also claims that the accused knows that this is a false statement as the human rights tribunal has advised us that the lawyer in question is not a Nazi. The crown admitted that this was only one hearing and human rights tribunal was nothing a but carbon copy of a communist Nazi show trail as one can see for himself or herself in the movie “CONFESSION” one can find the posted transcript of the humane rights tribunal here on our website. The human rights tribunal deleted the submission that we wrote and produced a play a play about the Holocaust and massacre at Lidice and complete destruction of the town of Lidice as is the review “riveting story is short of actors”. The human rights tribunal also deleted the evidence that the lawyer in question did not call the witnesses James and Luke Pullman. As posted on our website did not protect us from harassment phone calls of Mrs. Milner and he did not postpone the trial because we were in no condition because our front windows 0n our house were smashed night before the trial. Also deleted that lawyer Edward McCormick defended and successfully won a civil law suit based on the criminal charges but failed to appeal the criminal conviction as he promised to do. The ruling of the racist and fascist human rights tribunal destroyed our lives with the horrific and blatant human right s violation. The human rights tribunal shameful resulted in us being fired from our jobs we could not get employment, people spat on us and even children were throwing rocks at us. It does not matter if lawyer the lawyer in question did a bad job nor if he deliberately framed 16-year-old Milan Jr. He had plenty of time to correct what went wrong. When the lawyer in question framed 16-year-old Milan Jr., we complained to the human rights tribunal about the lawyer in question the human rights tribunal ruled it would not hear our case. How is it possible that when the lawyer in question complained to human rights tribunal the racist and fascist human rights tribunal staged a “SHOW TRIAL” to destroy our lives. At the preliminary hearing the lawyer in question testified that he does not remember anything but he is charging us with criminal defamatory liable he knows that this charge violates human rights and that it has been abolished in democratic countries like England. This is a systematic extreme violation of human rights. This human rights tribunal is refusing to deal with human rights violations reported on by the United Nations. This human rights tribunal refuses to speak for the human rights violations committed to minorities such as Ukrainians, Japanese, and Chinese along with the aboriginal nations and the minority of people with schizophrenia and so on. The racist and fascist human rights tribunal is only protecting the hateful racist and fascist Canadians and covering up hate crimes. All our videos on our web site clearly state that we are speaking for minorities aboriginal people, people with schizophrenia, the homeless and so on. In 2006, the Chinese people received an apology for the violation of their human rights by the fascist and racist Canadians who killed many Chinese who were building the railway and a Canadian government that imposed a head tax the Chinese people had to fight for an apology until 2006. The Chinese people in Calgary know that we are a minority like them and that our human rights have been violated with organized Nazi perfection. The Chinese people all know that Cheuk Tam and his wife Yee Him Tam joined a group of Canadian racists and fascist, Elizabeth and Christopher Sparks, Mrs. Neil Milner, Thomas Walsh Q.C. and so on to intentionally inflicted serious harm to our family.
