The reason why the human rights of people with schizophrenia are being violated is because the government believes it can save money on health care and by not providing the medication to people with schizophrenia these people in turn end up in asylums created in jails and prisons. Anyone who steps forward to speak out against this mistreatment of people with schizophrenia is immediately intimidated with the loss of job and head or be arrested if one does not stop crusading for the improved care of people with schizophrenia. These threats and the treatment of people with schizophrenia are a clear violation of our constitution and human rights.

The government is killing the brains of people with schizophrenia by refusing to modify our outdated laws so people with schizophrenia cannot receive involuntary hospitalization and treatment. By denying this treatment to people with schizophrenia the government wants to save money on healthcare just as Hitler did. After 25 years of the collapse of the communist Nazi, dictatorship in Europe the federal government will finally build a memorial to the victims of communist Nazis in Ottawa. This memorial is for people like my son and me who came to Canada as refugees from the Czech Republic in 1968 surviving 20 years of a communist Nazi dictatorship, and after the Russian communist Nazis invaded and occupied the Czech Republic. The Russian invasion and occupation and the resistance by the Czech people can be seen in the documentary “7 DAYS TO REMEMBER”. My son and I wrote and produced a play about the Holocaust and massacre at Lidice and complete destruction of the town of Lidice.

One can see how German Nazis treated the Czech people in a movie “LIDICE” made in the Czech Republic in 2011 and it received a European Oscar. In the movie “CONFESSION” which is about Communist Nazis “SHOW TRIALS” in the “CONFESSION” 10 out of 13 people on trial got the death penalty, one can see how the Communist Nazis treated the Czech people. All three movies are true stories and you can see these movies for yourself on the internet free or buy for $20 and have them delivered. We asked the case management and trial judge Wilson to play these movies for the jury because people of western countries have very little information about the countries controlled by the Soviet Union. Trial Judge Wilson will make his ruling on Feb. 29 2016. For 22 years my son and I are speaking for a minority people with schizophrenia and since German Nazis committed a complete genocide of people with schizophrenia. This is the biggest crime in psychiatric history and in the present Canada today is turning prisons, jails, and homeless shelters into asylums for people with schizophrenia, which is the second largest crime in psychiatric history. We have followed E. Fuller Torrey M.D. instructions in his book “Surviving Schizophrenia” describing how to advocate for a minority of people with schizophrenia we are simply doing all that we can. For advocating for the minority of people with schizophrenia, we are persecuted just as “Martin Luther King”, “Nelson Mandela”, president of the Czech Republic “Vaclav Havel” and all others around the world. Since I am a survivor of German Nazis and my son and I lived for many years under communist Nazis we are one of the most qualified to identify Nazis. Constable Eric Levesque., crown prosecutors Brian Holtby and Steven Johnston and trial Judge Wilson do not have any experience with Nazis they only have very little information of Nazis. On our website, we clearly document that our government has violated the human rights of minorities in Canada and has repeatedly had to apologize to minorities such as Ukrainians, Japanese, and Chinese along with the aboriginal nations. This simply is fascist and racist mistreatment of minorities. The crown also claims that the accused knows that this is a false statement as the human rights tribunal has advised us that the lawyer in question is not a Nazi. The crown admitted that this was only one hearing and human rights tribunal was nothing a but carbon copy of a communist Nazi show trail as one can see for himself or herself in the movie “CONFESSION” one can find the posted transcript of the humane rights tribunal here on our website. The human rights tribunal deleted the submission that we wrote and produced a play a play about the Holocaust and massacre at Lidice and complete destruction of the town of Lidice as is the review “riveting story is short of actors”. The human rights tribunal also deleted the evidence that the lawyer in question did not call the witnesses James and Luke Pullman. When the lawyer in question framed 16-year-old Milan Jr., we complained to the human rights tribunal about the lawyer in question the human rights tribunal ruled it would not hear our case. How is it possible that when the lawyer in question complained to human rights tribunal the racist and fascist human rights tribunal staged a “SHOW TRIAL” to destroy our lives. At the preliminary hearing the lawyer in question testified that he does not remember anything but he is charging us with criminal defamatory liable he knows that this charge violates human rights and that it has been abolished in democratic countries like England. This is a systematic extreme violation of human rights. This human rights tribunal is refusing to deal with human rights violations reported on by the United Nations. This human rights tribunal refuses to speak for the human rights violations committed to minorities such as Ukrainians, XXXXXXXX, and XXXXXXX along with the aboriginal nations and the minority of people with schizophrenia and so on. The racist and fascist human rights tribunal is only protecting the hateful racist and fascist Canadians and covering up hate crimes. In 2006, the XXXXXXX people received an apology for the violation of their human rights by the fascist and racist Canadians who killed many XXXXXXX who were building the railway and a Canadian government that imposed a head tax the XXXXXXX people had to fight for an apology until 2006. From the first day of our arrest we have been constantly intimidated to get a lawyer since we didn’t get a lawyer crown prosecutor Steven Johnston offered us a deal to confess to one charge and we can go home without a criminal record and at all the hearings we were intimidated to plead guilty. At the last hearing, Judge Wilson has already ruled that we cannot show the jury evidence from the trials of the lawyer in question and XXXXX XXX. This trial is set to be a carbon copy a “SHOW TRIAL” as seen in the movie “CONFESSION”. The racist and fascist press has made us guilty in the public eye with their racist and fascist coverage that Daryl Slade has provided, the television coverage by CTV Tara Nelson and Ina Sidhu is even more catastrophic, and the public ridicules us. We only follow the book Surviving Schizophrenia by E Fuller Torrey MD. In 1983, President Carter passed a law that every person with schizophrenia must receive treatment because President Carter’s commission on mental health stated that people with schizophrenia are a minority within minorities, they are the most stigmatized of mentally ill, they are politically and economically powerless, and they are totally disenfranchised among us. E Fuller Torrey MD also stated that the mad will become truly liberated only when those of us fortunate to have escaped the illness show how mad we really are. In 2012, the first mental health commission in Canada delivered the same report in Canada as President Carter’s commission delivered 30 years ago in the United States. The pain and suffering and the blood of people with schizophrenia is on our hands. For 20 years, we are speaking for the people with schizophrenia and because we do not have freedom of the press, the government is constantly charging us with fabricated evidence. One of the lawyers from the 70’s is today, charging us with criminal defamatory liable but at the preliminary hearing he told the judge he does not remember anything. We are also charged with inciting hatred against the XXXXXXX community but Constable Eric Levesque, crown prosecutors Brain Holtby and Steven Johnson and the press and media are lying about the fact that we are victims of extreme persecution of XXXXX XXX the Director of the XXXXXXX Cultural Centre. At the preliminary hearing Constable Eric Levesque testified he does not know who XXXXX XXX is. WE ARE CURRENTLY FACING 5 YEARS IN PRISON AND HERE IS SOME MORE NONSENSE

After months of investigating, we are charged with causing a disturbance. We address 500 people every day and after several months, it is impossible to recollect the past it is virtually impossible to find witnesses. People walking down the street do not care because they do not know that the Canadian mental health system is turning prisons and homeless shelters into asylums for people with schizophrenia and other psychiatric disorders. You can see people walking by in our video interview 1.5 seemingly unaffected by the facts. Schizophrenia is among the most burdensome and costly illnesses worldwide. While people with schizophrenia in other g-20 countries like Germany have a treatment plan as is evident in the German health policy of December 2013.

Treatment with antipsychotic medication is an important element of relapse prevention in the management of schizophrenia, and can reduce inpatient stays. Recently, the long-acting atypical antipsychotic paliperidone long-acting injectable (PLAI), a once monthly LAI antipsychotic, was approved for treatment of schizophrenia in Germany.

Speaking out for people with schizophrenia is our major objective. Our fellow citizens do not know that Adolf Hitler committed complete genocide of people with schizophrenia to save money on health care costs and this is why our government is turning prisons, jails and homeless shelters into asylums of the 21st century to save money on health care costs. We are trying to educate people of all occupations about schizophrenia using the sixth edition of “Surviving Schizophrenia” by E. Fuller Torrey MD. An indispensible guide to today’s most misunderstood illness Schizophrenia. We distribute flyers, literature, posters we are only doing what people in the United States did in 1983and succeeded. For our effort, police persecute us all the time and until today, nobody knows that the successful treatment of schizophrenia depends upon a lifelong regiment of both drug and psychological support therapies. When schizophrenia is diagnosed, treatment must be applied immediately to get positive results. Cheuk Tam not only beat us up but also then charged us with assault that we assaulted him and on top of that, he laid charge “B”. Only a police officer can lay this charge “B” so how is it possible that XXXXX XXX laid charge “B”.

Because he beat us up XXXXX XXX presumed we spoke with the police about him beating us up. We never spoke to the police so I went looking for the police officer that XXXXX XXX said I spoke to in charge “B”. The police response was that I never talked to anybody which was a relief because of XXXXX XXX directorship in the XXXXXXX community he instructed the XXXXXXX community to assault us we were kicked and beaten up by XXXXXXX coworkers they even threw rocks at us. At the trail all of the witnesses said that we never laid a hand on XXXX XXX, Intimidated by the judge to lose the case and warned by a lawyer not to defend myself I was not able to use charge “B” as a defense and it and charge “B” was never used as evidence. This is what we call a fair and impartial trail in Canada. Until today, XXXXX XXX has not been prosecuted for this purgery.

OUR JUSTISE SYSTEM IS ANTIQUE

This is evidence of a hate crime by Mrs. XXXXXXXXXX who was a witness in the first monster trial. At the interview with Eric Levesque and special crown prosecutor Brian Holtby we told them all the details of her conviction and I could not find a lawyer to lay these charges. I had to lay these charges myself to protect our family. We hired a lawyer for our family Terry Semenuk today he is a judge. Terry Semenuk failed to call witnesses and failed to show up at the trial but he sent an inexperienced young lawyer just out of law school. Terry Semenuk neglected to stop the pre trial harassment by phone and the inexperienced young lawyer failed to postpone the trail when all the windows on the front of the house were smashed the night before the trail. The inexperienced young lawyer neglected to tell the judge about the pre trial harassment by phone. We were also beat up by a friend of Mrs. XXXXX and XXXXX XXX. Who fabricated all the charges we did not touch him and by inquisition we were convicted.

Judi Chamberlin represents the ultra right wing, people who oppose health care and involuntary treatment for psychiatric patients so they can save money on health care and if the medication is not working, the treatment will stop. Studies show that treatment is successful for almost all patients, it will stop the murders and suicides committed by psychiatric patients, and a vast majority will return to the work force this in turn will create savings to tax payers. Involuntary treatment saves lives and billions of dollars to tax payers there is no reason for more than half of the diagnosed patients in Canada to be without medication. Without involuntary treatment patients cannot function at work, school, and at home with their families. The department of justice reported that 4.3% of all suicides are committed by individuals with a psychiatric disorder and just as many are murdered.

We told the Alberta Human Rights and Citizenship Commission that we are the victims of a mistake in identity; and that the commission should pay attention too and defend the rights of a voiceless minority the seriously mentally ill. The commission refused. Without the help of any lawyer or any organization, we introduced a private bill in the legislature to amend the Alberta Mental Health Act. IN 2006, THIS BILL PASSED IN THE ALBERTA LEGISLATURE. For 25 years, we have lobbied law firms, HOWARD MACKIE, BENNET JONES VERSHERE, HEREDANCE AND CO. We have lobbied lawyers, Scott Watson, Lindsey Neville, Terence Semenuk, and John McPherson. We have lobbied members of the Alberta Legislature Garry Mar and Ralph Klein, and we have lobbied the Alberta Human Rights and Citizenship Commission and all we have is their sympathy because all they have to say is “THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO FOR YOU”. All we want is a fair hearing and this is how Alberta Human Rights and Citizenship Commission treat minorities in Alberta. We are CZECHS. There are about 2500 Czechs living in Alberta. Therefore, we are a minority within minorities and nobody wants to listen to the concerns of Czechs in Alberta. There are 10 million Czechs living in the Czech Republic and for 300 years, Germany burned our books and forbade the speaking of the Czech language. Germany occupied the Czech Republic until 1918 and a 100 million Germans failed to destroy the Czech nation. How is it possible that Canada has done the same thing to the Aboriginal Nations as Germany did to the Czech nation? There is no one in Canada that wants to help the Aboriginal Nations. When the German NAZIS returned to the Czech Republic in 1939, the Czech nation was No. 3 on Hitler’s, to be gassed list in concentration camp ovens. No. 1 was the Jews, No. 2 was the non-white races, and No. 3 was the Czechs. In 1984, we wrote and produced a play “THERE IS A ROSE GARDEN” at the Pumphouse Theatre. The artistic community in Calgary warned us to produce the play under an assumed name because a production with our Czech names will result in a low attendance.

The Alberta Human Rights and Citizenship Commission must listen to all minority voices no matter how small the minority no matter how faint the voice. We have not received any response from the prime minister’s office or from the premiere Ed Stelmach’s office, and or Lindsey Blacket’s office. Therefore, while we wait for a response we would like to continue to work on exposing the total incompetence of our federal and provincial governments. In 1997, we stared Victims of Schizophrenia Society so we could speak for a group of people who are a minority within minorities “PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM SCHIZOPHRENIA”

Our federal and provincial governments are out of step with reality. In 1984, the medical profession in the USA discovered:

A. MEDICATION IS NECCESARY AND MUST BE TAKEN REGULARALY TO PREVENT PERMANENT DAMAGE TO THE BRAIN BY PSYCHOSIS

B. MAJORITY OF PEOPLE WHO SUFFER FROM SCIZOPHRENIA DO NOT KNOW THEYARE ILL SO THEY DO NOT TAKE THE MEDICATION

C. THE ONLY WAY TO DELIVER THE MEDIATION AND PREVENT THE PERMANENT BRAIN DMAGE IS WITH A LAW THAT PROVIDES FOR INVOLUNARY TREAMENT OF THE MENTALLY ILL

After making these findings, the USA government passed the law for involuntary treatment of the seriously mentally ill people. The USA also discovered that after implementing this law for involuntary treatment of the seriously mentally ill people that it saves lives and billions of dollars in health care cost. This is the reason why we started to lobby the Alberta government to pass this law for involuntary treatment of the seriously mentally ill people in Alberta. Once again, for our effort we were beaten by the press and city council, harassed and arrested. Our publication the “SILVER BULLET” was the key element to passing the law for involuntary treatment. Without any response from the Alberta government in 2006, we established Victims of Schizophrenia Society and as the society, we introduced a private bill to the Alberta legislature to amend the Alberta Mental Health Act to include involuntary treatment of the seriously mentally ill. The bill was passed into law in 2007. To this day the law has not been administered properly because we do not have the hospital beds for the mentally ill and we do not have enough psychiatrists an qualified nurses to take care of these seriously mentally ill people. The psychiatrists and psychologists that we do have are being educated with theories from the dark ages.

Rick Hanson said Thursday the force is working on several projects designed to steer people with mental health and addiction problems into treatment rather than send them to prison – a place he said they do not belong.

And the creation within two years of a separate, secure facility for detox and treatment is a key part of that strategy.

"We know that the mentally ill component that are doing time in jails and prisons today is way too high. And they ought not to be in prisons and in jails so we're really pushing hard for what we're calling a secure detox facility," said Hanson.

When it comes to advocating for the severely mentally ill in Alberta my language was not good enough for you however it appears that the city of Calgary police Chief Rick Hanson said it clearly and succinctly for all of you who do not know what you are talking about. I believe that the time has come for you to revisit my appeal. There is no excuse for the horrendous treatment in Alberta of the severely mentally ill for the past 25 years. There is absolutely no excuse for what has happened over this issue at the University of Calgary and the sad and rotten state of affairs in Alberta clearly falls on the shoulders of the educators in Alberta. The truly sad thing is that the University of Calgary stifled free speech. I believe that the time has come to change my mark and give me my gift certificate to the U of C bookstore and allow me to have lunch with my classmates, the time has come for all of us to do everything possible for the 20,000 severely mentally ill people in Alberta. But Matilda has been spared the usual fate, thanks to a little networking with neighbouring B.C., a province that has not banned rats. "Fortunately, the staff took a little bit of a liking to her and made some contact in British Columbia with a rescue that had the capacity to take her," said Bruce.

Added Dr. Marta Alguacil, a veterinarian with Calgary's animal and bylaw services: "There is really no reason to put her down. Her only crime is being in the wrong place at the wrong time.""

THE SAD STATE OF EDUCATION IN THE CANANDIAN PROVINCE OF ALBERTA

1. I. The quality of education that Albertans receive is only good enough to save the lives of rats.
2. II. When it comes to teaching about the saving of thousands of lives of the mentally ill at the University of Calgary. The University of Calgary is teaching theories that are 40 years old and which has never worked.
3. III. The only help that the mentally ill receive in Calgary is a police cruiser with a nurse on board to pick them up off the street only to put them back on the street because there are no hospital beds and there is no medical help available.
4. IV. Premier Ed Stelmach and all the MLA’s put together do not have enough of an education to care for the seriously mentally ill people in Alberta.
5. V. We are survivors of German Nazis we recommend that the Jewish Defense League of Canada get educated at the Simon Wiesenthal Center.

The press has been brainwashing Albertans and has covered up fraud in the legal system and fraud of the government of Alberta. Here is the proof that the system of delivering news one can trust has failed and instead is brainwashing Albertans.

• Why has the press never told you our side and that we are victims of “Stalin’s monster trials” committed by our legal system in Alberta.

• Why does the press not ask the government of Alberta as to what happened to the transcript there has never been a transcript of this trial and to the record of time served Milan Jr. went to jail and there is no record of this conviction at the National Depository for Criminal Records? Instead, the press is making up stories that Hepner was from legal aid, and stories about the transcript, and stories about us being new Canadians.

• The press told us that Ralph Klein’s health care reform was the greatest reform ever. To this day, the Alberta government is repairing the damage caused by Ralph Klein’s health care reform.

• The press is claiming that we are using mental health issues to hide our propaganda. The fact is we have done nothing but follow the time honored recommendations of E. Fuller Torrey, M.D. in his book Surviving Schizophrenia 4th edition since the 1980’s the implementation of these recommendations has resulted in the savings of billions of dollars to health care costs in the United States of America.

• Lobby the state legislature to give greater priority to seriously mental illness for the expenditure of state mental health dollars. p. 405

• Lobby for the establishment of a Bill of rights guaranteeing minimum standards of service for individuals with serious mental illness. p. 405

• Change state insurance laws to require insurance companies to cover serious mental illness in the same way they cover serious physical illness. p.406

• Vigorously oppose closing of hospital beds until after adequate housing and outpatient services are in place. p.407
